a. KIRLOSKAR Brand new Diesel Engine 5HP at 1500 RPM, 4 Strokes and Vertical Air cooled.
b. LOADING DEVICE: A Suitable capacity Eddy Current Dynamometer with loading arrangement consisting of Modular Design type foot mounted air cooled Eddy Current Dynamometer having both input and output shaft with built in Tacho-Generator capable of delivery a constant rated 100% full load torque and electronic control unit suitable for operating on 230V, 50Hz input supply, exciting Volt 80V, Max. Current -5A fitted with electronic control card, load exciting potentiometer, speed indicating Digital RPM meter, Power On/Off switch and run indication lamp.
The EDDY Current Dynamometer is with
200mm diameter pulley fitted on the output shaft of dynamometer Spring Balance
Love joy couplings to interconnect prime mover and dynamometer.
MS Channel iron base plate to install the dynamometer and the prime mover.
Angle Iron stands attached with bedplate to install the spring balance weighing gear.
Steel rope to interconnect spring balance weighing gear and pulley.
FUEL MEASURING ARRANGEMENT: Consisting of fuel tank, burette three way cock and connecting tubes are supplied to measure the consumption of fuel.
