Take a PVC / Metal
Tube measuring 1½ " x 32 mm dia and flat surface table/sheet
measuring 150 x 150 mm
Apply Grease to
the ID of the Tube and to the surface table sheet.
Mix the Solution
A and Powder B proportionately
Before it dries,
place the specimen on the surface and centre the tube to 20 mm height
After centering
the tube, pour the mixed Solution on the metal through the tube
Allow 10 minutes
for setting
Gradually press
the moulded component by inserting a hard rod of dia 8mm to release
the moulded component
