Pyromatic Metallography Specimen Mounting Press - BSPIL-MET-IND-01022

Base unit containing pneumatic pressure system and electronic controls, digital temperature control with indicator, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, electronic timer with buzzer to indicate end of heating & cooling cycles and ON/OFF switch; 1500 watts mould heater and 1.25" x 2.5" mold chamber to take multiple molds. Lower ram is made of dovzetail arrangement for easy removing & changing the mold chamber. Cooling by water-cooling system takes place automatically after heating cycle. Corrosion resistant STEEL cabinet. Quick ram returns to speed up reloading. Sample of Phenolic powder supplied along with Air lubricator cum regulator.
